The Cą Lina apartment is a very spacious and bright home situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, ideal for hosting up to 4 people. Its spacious rooms and warm atmosphere make it perfect for those wanting to live an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of Venice. The house consists of a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a sizable living room, and a practical laundry area. The furnishings, characterized by antique furniture and details with traditional Venetian charm, blend harmoniously with modern comforts, creating a warm and elegant environment. In the kitchen, you will find everything needed to make you feel at home: a dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, pots, dishes, knives, cutting boards, and many other accessories for cooking in total comfort. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to create an additional double bed upon request. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large table, ideal for sharing meals or enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. During the Second World War, the family′s grandmother lived there, a widow with two small children. In those difficult years, frightened by the presence of the German headquarters located where the post office is now, she installed numerous locks and reinforcements to the entrance door to protect her family. That same door has been meticulously restored in her memory and is now the symbol of a history made of strength, affection, and deep roots, which still lives within the house.
